There are a few possible reasons for this.
- The most common reason is that your AppSumo code wasn't redeemed properly. In this case, you'll likely encounter a 404 error.

If the fields are pre-filled and/or disabled, first clear them by clicking on the "Clear Inputs" link. Then, fill up the form again.
If you still encounter issues, email email@example.com.
- Another common reason is that you mistyped your email when you redeemed your code. In this case, you'll get an "Email not found or password is wrong" error.

- A third common reason why you cannot log in is simply because either your email or password is typed wrongly.
