Why can't I receive Password Reset emails?

We understand this is so inconvenient. 

There could be a few possible reasons:
1. The password reset emails landed in your spam folder.
2. The password reset emails are being blocked by your email server.

Here's what you can try:
1. Check your spam and promotions folder.
2. Add support@wordhero.co to your contacts in your email software.
3. Ask your email host if it's possible to whitelist emails from support@wordhero.co
