Finding and replicating bugs can be difficult. We need your help in providing us with details to fix it as soon as possible.

Browsers, devices, and extensions are only some of the reasons for an issue to arise. This can be difficult for us to track. There’s a great chance that what you encounter only affects a small number of users due to a combination of possibilities that we haven’t tested.

This is why we need your help, and we often ask for further details. The best way for you to help us is by letting us know the following:

  • The steps you did that generated the bug or issue.
  • The browser, device, and extensions you are using. 
  • Did it happen to you before or just now?

If you can also provide screen recordings or screenshots, that would be very helpful and much appreciated.

TIP: A quick fix you can try is trying a different browser, disabling suspected extensions, clearing your cache, and restarting the browser.
